  • Personal Data: As defined in Article 4(1) of the GDPR or “RODO,” personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This may involve factors such as physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including names, contact numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, location data, online identifiers, and information gathered through cookies or similar technologies.
  • Policy: Refers to this Privacy Protection Policy.

  • Service and Products: Organization of access to online or offline events, ticket packages, and associated products or services related to current website.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
The Organizer informs that:
  • Data Administrator: Magnitudo Group sp. z.o.o.
  • Purpose of Data Processing: Personal data such as names, dates of birth, emails, and phone numbers will be processed for organizing, managing, and promoting the event. This is based on:
• Article 6(1)(b) RODO: Necessary for the agreement concluded upon event registration.
• Article 6(1)(a) RODO: Consent provided by the customer for personal data processing.
Recipients and Storage of Data

  • Authorized Entities: Personal data may be shared only with authorized personnel or entities legally entitled to access such information.
  • Retention Period: Personal data, including images, will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill its purpose, not exceeding five years, unless extended due to statutory claims.
  • Geographical Scope: Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
  • Automated Processing: No automated decision-making or profiling will occur.
Rights of Individuals

Individuals whose data is processed have the following rights under RODO:
