“Client,” “Customer,” “Buyer,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to you, the individual accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”: Refers to the Company, World of Dance Hungary (represented and managed by Magnitudo Group sp. z.o.o.).
“Party,” “Parties,” “Us”: Refers collectively to both the Client and the Company.

Purpose and Agreement

All terms refer to the following:
• The offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for the Company to assist the Client in the most appropriate way.
• Meeting the Client’s needs in relation to the provision of the Company’s stated services.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Language Usage

For the purposes of these terms:
Singular, plural, capitalization, and pronouns such as he/she/they are used interchangeably and are treated as referring to the same entities.

2. Cookies

3. Product or Service Purchase Policy

Customers may purchase products and services related to events and activities under the World of Dance brand. These include:
• Access to online or offline events
• Bundled event access packages
• Merchandise and associated services

Products vary in factors such as cost, content, and cultural relevance. Customers should review all product descriptions, dates, and terms of access before purchase.

By completing a purchase and making payment via approved methods, customers automatically agree to the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms and Conditions, Event Regulations and Agreement for the use of Photos and Videos

4. Product or Service Delivery Policy

After full payment, customers will receive a confirmation email with
a transaction receipt.
This email serves as proof of purchase and acts as the ticket for access. Printable tickets are not provided to promote environmental sustainability.

5. Access Policy for Events, Products, and Services

By purchasing access or services, customers acknowledge and accept the following:
• Health insurance valid for the event date is strongly recommended. The organizers are not responsible for injuries or accidents during the event.
• Any registration of individuals must have their explicit consent to share personal data. The person registering others is deemed their official representative.
• By participating in an event, attendees consent to the processing of their personal data and the use of photo or video materials captured during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes, provided they do not:
• Misrepresent the individual
• Promote hate speech, racism, sexism, or any other discriminatory content
• Violate ethical or moral standards

The attendee assumes all responsibility for complying with copyright laws for any music or performance-related content used during the event.

6. Payment Methods

Approved payment methods include:
• VISA/Mastercard
Payments are processed securely and may be converted to the local currency of the organizer’s account. Customers must retain their payment confirmation for seamless access to purchased services.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted via email within three days of the event with the subject “REFUND.” Reasons, participation details, and contact information should be included.

Refunds are not issued for:
• Voluntary non-attendance
• Financial or moral claims against the organizers
• Reservation fees, as they are non-refundable

Partial refunds (50%) may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Serious health issues preventing attendance, verified by a medical certificate.
• Death of a close family member, supported by documentation.

Each case is subject to review by the organizer, and the decision is final.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, unless otherwise stated, is owned by World of Dance or its licensors. Customers may not:
• Republish, sell, or distribute materials
• Copy, reproduce, or sublicense content without permission

9. Hyperlinking to Content

Certain organizations, such as government agencies, news platforms, and accredited businesses, may link to event-related content without prior approval. All links must:
• Be non-deceptive
• Not falsely imply endorsement
• Fit within the linking party’s site context

Requests for additional linking permissions should be emailed with relevant details for review.

10. Content Liability

The organizers are not liable for third-party content linked or posted during events. Participants and partners must ensure their materials comply with applicable laws.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the organizers disclaim liability for:
• Personal injury, fraud, or misrepresentation
• External links, interruptions, or inaccuracies in third-party content

This agreement is governed by applicable laws in the event’s jurisdiction.
